At NAC/CVINSN, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, empathy, and professionalism. We take a trauma-informed approach, prioritizing transparency, respect, and care to prevent re-traumatization and to uphold our values of dignity and healing in every interaction.
To further strengthen our collective capacity and alignment with these principles, all organizations that sign up under this initiative are required to attend one Capacity Building and Training Support Workshop each month. This ensures ongoing growth, accountability, and shared commitment to trauma-informed excellence in service delivery.
